Brighton midfielder Beram Kayal has returned to Falmer stadium after his loan deal at Charlton was cut short.

The Israel international's season-long arrangement was terminated by mutual consent.

He has not featured for the Addicks since early November and recently underwent minor surgery on a groin injury, reports The Argus.

Kayal, who made just two league starts for Charlton, is expected to be back to full fitness soon and could go back out on loan.
