Brighton manager Graham Potter has insisted his center back Ben White is focused on performing for the team.
White, 23, was excellent at Leeds United on loan last season in the Championship.
He has now become a regular for Brighton in the Premier League.
And White's performances have seen him linked with a move to Leeds United, Manchester United and Liverpool.
"He is a level-headed guy and he wants to play football at the very highest level," Potter told reporters about White.
"He gets down with his work.
"He was totally professional in the summer, despite the noise outside which you cannot control.
"He is a smart guy.
"We will try to help him enjoy his football as that is the most important thing."
