Brighton manager Graham Potter felt his side merited all three points against Fulham on Wednesday.
The Albion put in a very good display and had chances to win the game, but could not score.
The game ended 0-0 and both sides had to take a share of the spoils.
Potter said post-game: "That's football, that is the beauty of the game. I thought we played well were the dominant team in the game.
"I think they had one chance in the first half on the break and then the chance at the end for them.
"But apart from that I thought we were the ones pushing in the game.
"So, it was positive in terms of the performance, positive in terms of the attitude and the character and the personality of the players, but disappointed not to get the three points."
