Brighton loanee Hemed unlikely to remain at QPR

Brighton loanee Tomer Hemed is not likely to stay at QPR beyond the end of the season.

The attacker has been there all season on loan.

Hemed has three goals in 15 Championship appearances this term.

But QPR chief executive Lee Hoos does not see them keeping the Israeli when the term is over.

Hoos said to football.london: "You never say never, but the likelihood is that they'll go back to their parent clubs.

"I'm sure their clubs will have their own ideas on what to do with those players as well, so we just have to see how that goes.

"One of the good things about doing a loan is that you're not committed. Instead of having a level of salary over three years, you only have it for one year and so you can manage it on a year by year basis."
