Florin Andone is ready to take the next step in his career.

The attacker missed his chance to impress new Brighton boss Graham Potter.

He is now on loan at Galatasaray until the end of the season, where he knows that he must excel.

Andone knows that he must overcome his disciplinary issues and find consistency in his performances.

He said to reporters: "I knew Galatasaray wanted me before.

"Three, four years ago, Galatasaray had interest. The process developed very quickly, and in two days everything was over.

"I'm so proud to be here. I think it is a very important step for me on the new page of my career."
