Brighton are keeping tabs on Angers striker Karl Toko Ekambi.

Le 10 Sport says Brighton tabled a €16m offer for Ekambi in January - which was rejected. However, they haven't dropped their interest.

Angers were willing to sell, but Ekambi wanted to wait until the summer before making a decision.

The forward's reluctance hasn't put off the Seagulls, with plans to try again for the forward in June.

Ekambi has scored 14 goals this season.
