Brighton interested in Valladolid defender Salisu

Brighton are interested in Real Valladolid defender Mohammed Salisu.

The young Ghanaian has been a revelation for Ronaldo's Valladolid this season, attracting interest from the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United.

Foot Mercato says the 21 year-old is on the radar of Brighton.

The Seagulls are aware of Salisu's €12m buyout clause and ready to trigger the option.

Salisu is managed by Juan Mata Snr, the father of the Manchester United midfielder.
