Brighton are targeting Aston Villa defender James Chester as a replacement for Lewis Dunk.

The Mirror says Villa may also sell prized centre-back Chester, with a £20million price tag on the Welsh international.

Cash-strapped Villa's staff are due to be paid this week and, at present, expenses payments are being met.

And with Leicester City keeping an eye on Brighton's Lewis Dunk, it's rumoured that Chester is lined-up as a replacement for Chris Hughton's Seagulls side.
