Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sanchez is full of praise for the club's youth system.
Now their No1, Sanchez left Spain at the age of 15 to join the Seagulls academy.
The young Spaniard was asked why he thinks the academy has been so successful, to which he replied: “It is the way they treat players. The managers are unbelievable people.
“If you have a problem in football and life you can go and talk to them. They help players a lot.
“They look at each player and treat them the way they should be treated.
“When you go out on loan they don't just send you to the first team, they pick the right team, to help that player with what they need to improve on."
