Brighton defender Adam Webster has hit the training track ahead of preseason.
The Argus says Webster was out on the track in very unseasonal weather in Worthing yesterday.
He was working under the guidance of fitness trainer George Branford.
Webster's close friend and former Portsmouth colleague Connor Chaplin, now of Barnsley, was also in the group along with Connor Cody, who plays for Chichester City.
They worked through a series of 400m sprints in conditions more akin to the football season than the longest day of summer.
