Brighton defender Dunk confident he can cope for England

Brighton defender Lewis Dunk is confident that he will have a great time with the England national team.

Dunk was called up by boss Gareth Southgate after James Tarkowski pulled out with an injury.

While he is not expected to start either game against Croatia or Spain, it is possible he will get some gametime in both clashes.

And Dunk thinks he can cope with England's possession-based style.

He said to The Argus: "Every team has got a different style but we bring it to this England style and play the way England want to pay.

"They have got a very good style of play now and I'm very happy to be involved and show what I can do in that passing style.

"England like to pass the ball a lot.

"We don't do it as much (at Albion). We do it a little but not to this extent.

"But I feel I'm very comfortable on the ball and hopefully I show it in training this week."
