Brighton and Hove Albion chief executive Tony Barber has confirmed one of the club's players has tested positive coronavirus.
Albion have said the player's identity will not be disclosed.
Barber said: "We have had three players tested so far. One has been tested positive.
"We are not testing them routinely. We are only testing when symptoms emerge.
"The one that tested positive was just today. That is unfortunate but he is okay and obviously he is getting the care he needs at the moment."
