Brighton boss Graham Potter urged calm after defeat to West Brom.
Albion remain four points clear of the bottom three with a home game against Leicester City coming next Saturday.
“You have to believe that if you keep working hard and doing the right things it will turn around for you. It's not so long that we went six games unbeaten but that is the nature of the Premier League," said Potter.
“We have to keep fighting for the points we need from the 12 matches we have left. We're scratching our head how we have lost two games this week but we need to move forward."
