Brighton manager Chris Houghton is the February Manager of the Month in the Premier League.
Houghton's side had a very impressive month, winning against West Ham and Swansea, drawing away to Stoke, and moving clear of the relegation spots.
They also managed to defeat Arsenal at the weekend, which took them up to 10th place. They are now 11 points clear of relegation.
It is the first time he has won the award, and he is the first black manager to be a Premier League Manager of the Month.
The 59-year-old is highly rated in the game, and it may be a matter of time before he gets an even bigger job.
