Brighton boss Graham Potter delighted with character for Wolves draw

Brighton boss Graham Potter was delighted with their attitude for their 0-0 draw at Wolves.

Potter hailed the character and application of the team, pointing out that it was his side's first clean sheet since the end of December.

He said, “It was a terrific performance and it was important for us to get a clean sheet because it had been a while since we had one.

“We competed against a good side with a lot of dangerous players, but we restricted them to not too many chances.

“We defended really well as a unit, it was a collective effort and we restricted them to just one shot on target. They can put you into dangerous areas, but the boys stuck to the task as a man and those qualities are important."
