New Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi wants to get more from Kaoru Mitoma this season.
The Albion boss was asked a question about his Japanese winger after they lost 1-0 to Tottenham.
Mitoma was impressive in the game, as he was in the 3-3 draw against Liverpool as well.
The head coach said: “Mitoma is a very good player.
“Maybe Mitoma and [Adam] Lallana changed the game in Liverpool and today the same.
“I want to find the way to put on the pitch all players who have more quality.
“But it is possible to play only 11. Great guy, great player."
On future selections, De Zerbi said: “In the future we can change positions, we can change not style but positions on the pitch.
“It is difficult to find the best solution because Trossard is another very good food player, Gross the same, March the same.
“Mitoma in Liverpool and today played as a left winger and March as full-back. Maybe this one can be the solution.
“I don't know at the moment."
