Brighton have agreed to meet the buyout clause of Swansea City boss Graham Potter.
The Guardian says the Seagulls "have agreed to pay a £2million compensation" fee to the Championship outfit.
Potter is said to have told Swansea that he wants the Brighton job as he wants to test himself in the Premier League.
He is expected to take three members of his backroom staff with him.
Brighton's original approach for the 43-year-old was rejected by Swansea, but an agreement has now been reached.
