Flavio Briatore has quit QPR.
The former Renault F1 team boss saved the club from administration when he and Bernie Ecclestone took over.
Briatore said: "I'm proud to have helped save this historic club and to have contributed in paving the way to future success."
The Italian, 59, has also overseen an amazing TEN managerial changes at Loftus Road.
Ishan Saksena takes over as chairman of QPR Holdings Limited, with Gianni Paladini resuming as club chairman.
