Brentford have put in a €15 million offer for Gremio full-back Vanderson.

According to Goal.com, the Brazilian club are adamant about keeping the defender until the end of the year.

Gremio turned down a loan offer from AC Milan for Vanderson last week, while their present Romildo Bolzan indicated the player was untransferrable.

However, Brentford do have some optimism that if they offer a high enough fee, a deal can be done before the window closes on Tuesday night.

It is possible the two clubs may come to an arrangement that sees Vanderson move to England in January.
