Brentford forward Ivan Toney has appeared before a disciplinary panel regarding his betting.
The striker was charged with more than 200 breaches of Football Association rules.
With a total of 262 breaches, Toney could face months on the sidelines if he gets a hefty suspension.
Per The Mirror, he admitted to some of the cases, but has given evidence to a panel denying other breaches.
The ban may be up to six months, but it may include the summer break, which would ease the burden on Brentford.
Toney has been linked to top clubs in the past, but teams may be apprehensive about making a bid before learning about how long he would be absent from action.
