Brentford are closing on a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk attacker Mykhaylo Mudryk.

Mudryk was expected to sign for the Bees this week, though interest from AC Milan has since arrived.

Fussball Transfers says Brentford have offered €20m to sign the U21 Ukraine international.

Mudryk came through youth system at Shakhtar and has a deal to 2026.

However, due to the war in Ukraine, the youngster is seeking a move away.
