Watford striker Jerome Sinclair is being eyed by Brentford.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Bees see the Hornets youngster as a potential replacement for leading scorer Scott Hogan.
Hogan, 24, has 13 goals in the Championships so far this season which has alerted richer tier two clubs such as Aston Villa and Reading who are expected to make bids of more than £7.5milllion in January.
While highly-rated, Sinclair's career at Watford is yet to get off the ground following his £4million summer move from Liverpool.
The 20-year-old has featured for just 73 minutes under Walter Mazzarri and with the likes of Troy Deeney, Odion Ighalo, Stefano Okaka and Isaac Success ahead of him, could be sent out on loan to Griffin Park for the second half of the season.
