Brentford boss Dean Smith is delighted with the attitude of on-loan Crystal Palace midfielder Sullay Kaikai.
Kaikai, who made his Premier League debut for the Eagles in May at Southampton, has struggled to gain a starting position on a regular basis with the Bees this season.
"He's been working unbelievably hard in training and has been the top trainer for the last three weeks," said Bees manager Smith.
"The difference between League One and the Championship is marked. He's had to comes to terms with it – there are people stronger and quicker.
"He's standing out a bit at the moment and I think he'll be a massive success for us."
