Brentford boss Thomas Frank admits he's a big fan of Leicester City counterpart Brendan Rodgers.
The pair will face-off in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup this weekend.
Dane Frank said, "They are building a team that is developing and trying to get into the top 6 or top 4. And this season they have been second or third best.
"He did a great job in Liverpool and then took the Celtic job and did well again.
"Instead of going to a top 6 club, he has made Leicester a top 6 club."
On the Bees' ambitions, Frank added: "Of course we want to do well in the league. It is most important for us if you ask me to choose between the two. But we also want to do well in the FA Cup."
