Brentford boss Thomas Frank isn't surprised by talk of Barcelona interest in Sergi Canos.

The former La Masia prospect has been offered to Barca this week by agents, with the Catalans not shutting the door.

"I think Sergi is a brilliant player, we all know he has a past there," said Frank.

"What is a rumour or what is true, honestly, I don't know."

It's reported Canos is being considered by Barca coach Xavi thanks to the midfielder's versatility.
