Brentford boss Frank: Being Prem manager is as extreme as it gets

Thomas Frank says being a manager in the Premier League is as extreme as it gets in football.

The Brentford manager is preparing for his second season in the Prem.

He told BT: "I do not think there is any more extreme job than being the head coach of football.

"The stress, pressure and workload is enormous. We have to perform at absolute maximum to get points. Everything has to play. It's really hard."

Frank goes on to say in the interview that the biggest sacrifice he makes is that he cannot travel with his children, but the former Brøndby coach does not complain about having been given the chance to work for the London club.

But in return, he acknowledges the attention is something he could do without of.
