Sunderland winger Jack Clarke is attracting fresh Premier League interest.

The former Leeds and Spurs midfielder has starred for Sunderland this season.

Clarke's form has brought him to the attention of Brentford and Crystal Palace, says The Sun.

Palace see Clarke as a potential replacement for Wilfried Zaha, with Brentford keen to add to manager Thomas Frank's attacking options.

Sunderland will seek at least £10m to sell the 22 year-old.
