Brazil coach Tite happy to do Real Madrid favour over player commitments

Brazil are happy to work with Real Madrid to keep their players fresh.

Marca says Brazil coach Tite had already agreed to release defender Eder Militao early from duty after he picked up a yellow card against Ecuador, which caused him to be suspended for the final game of this break.

Now though, Tite is going to offer more encouragement to Carlo Ancelotti as he is reportedly going to leave Casemiro and Vinicius on the bench for their final match against Paraguay, at least to start the match. Rodrygo may also be left out, although it's not quite as clear when it comes to the former Santos man.

Brazil have already qualified for the 2022 Qatar World Cup, so there is less at stake for the Selecao compared to some of their other South American rivals.

This has benefited Real Madrid, who have a Copa del Rey quarter-final away at Athletic Club at 21:30 CET on Thursday night. Brazil will take on Paraguay on Tuesday night, which will be the early hours of Wednesday in Spain.
