Former PSG midfielder Daniel Bravo believes they're weaker for failing to strengthen their midfield.
Bravo believes Chelsea priced N'Golo Kante out of a move to Paris, while Liverpool beat them to former AS Monaco midfielder Fabinho.
He told beINSport: "It's hard to say that the transfer window was good. (Thiago) Motta was so important that it was a priority to take a player of that charisma to replace him.
"We know that (Adrien) Rabiot does not like to play there, (Marco) Verratti likes to project himself. There was the need to take this sentry to balance the team, we had to put the right money towards it.
"They tried Kanté, he was too expensive. Fabinho went to Liverpool..."
