The Liverpool U23 side were at it again on Monday night.
Michael Beale's young Reds smashed Tottenham Hotspur 6-2 at Stevenage, just a week after putting Leicester City to the sword with a 4-0 triumph.
Cameron Brannagan scored a brace for Liverpool while Harry Wilson, Ben Woodburn (who also had a trio of assists), Trent Alexander-Arnold and Brooks Lennon were also on target in what was another sparkling performance from Beale's side.
Marcus Edwards and Ryan Loft were on target for Spurs but it was clearly not enough as Liverpool ran riot.
"We started ever so well and carried on from our display against Leicester City," the coach told Liverpoolfc.com.
"We pressed really well and scored some outstanding goals.
"Ben got three assists and a goal and I was delighted for Cameron, who scored two outstanding efforts and provided an assist.
"Trent scored a wonderful goal and he deserved that.
"Kevin Stewart and Matty Virtue set the tone for the rest of the team with outstanding displays in midfield.
"Overall, it was a very pleasing performance from the lads."
