Brann coach Kare Ingebrigtsen has posted a glowing tribute to Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on the eve of today's clash at Everton.

Ingebrigtsen is well aware of the pressure Solskjaer is under going into the game and made public his support yesterday.

He wrote: "Ole Gunnar is true to the course because he knows the club inside and out, he is loyal to the club and wants to build a long-term platform that over time will give results and that will bring United back to where they want to be.

"He could have dived into the club's money bin and brought in players who had done better in the short term, but as a clubman he is true to the long term and that it takes time to build a new big team - just look at Liverpool.

"I have felt the pressure myself, but am not close to knowing the pressure Ole Gunnar is under now, but I can say with my hand on my heart that it is fantastic to see from the outside how unshakable Ole Gunnar is in it, and not least where he is steadfast towards the project he himself is part of.

"You are a huge inspiration for me and other colleagues in Norwegian football and all coaches regardless of sport."
