David Brooks says he's happy to play anywhere for Bournemouth.
The 21-year-old was yesterday rewarded with a brand new deal following some terrific performances this season.
Used predominantly as a winger, Brooks believes he can operate in a number of positions for Eddie Howe.
He told the Daily Echo: "I want to play as high up the pitch as possible to try to create and score goals but if the gaffer needs me to play in centre midfield then I am happy to do so and I think I can still affect the game there. It's completely up to him.
"The squad has taken a bit of a hit with long and short-term injuries so if the gaffer needs someone to play out of position and cover a job then I'm happy to do so.
"The aim of me signing was to try to make an impact and to try to affect the team and I think I've done that so far and, hopefully, I can continue.
"It's nice when the fans talk about you but you just want to do your best for the team and to try to help as much as possible."
