Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson is embracing his new role as the team's main penalty taker.
Wilson missed a chance to double his side's lead in the first half against Cardiff on Saturday, but he missed his spot kick.
He had won the penalty himself and did manage an assist and goal in the game, but knows he must do better from the spot next time around.
Wilson told the Daily Echo: "I will be putting up my hand and will be the first one there.
"I never shy away. The sort of person I am, I love scoring goals and making sure I can affect things.
"I am a confident person so there is no way I will be stepping back next time."
