Bournemouth midfielder Dan Gosling admits his time at Newcastle United was difficult.
Gosling could face his former club today.
He said, "I was there for four years and didn't really get a chance to play.
"It was a tough four years but I learned a lot, I stayed professional and worked hard. I can't really blame myself for that, there were other circumstances out of my control.
"I have totally moved on from that. I'm at a very good club here and am very happy with my football.
"I want them to do well because of the staff and friends I have there but, when it comes to Bournemouth versus Newcastle, there are no friends."
