Bournemouth midfielder Philip Billing has recalled how he was signed by Huddersfield Town.
Billing is in his first season with the Cherries.
He recalled to Bold.dk: "We played a U17 league game, and then there was a Scottish scout who really got to see our Super League team play. But he ended up watching our match as well. I had played a good season and scored quite a few goals - and I also played a good match when he was out watching.
Just over a week later, Billing was invited to trial at Huddersfield with, among others, Viktor Wagner and Jacob Nielsen.
"It was amazing. I was wildly happy and it was a proud moment for both me and my family. It was a huge honour to get such a trial.
"I had no idea who Huddersfield was - I knew it was in England. But I hardly knew there was anything called the Championship. But I found out that it was just under the Premier League, and so it couldn't be far.
"We left with our fathers and were in England for a week. It went really well and when the week was over, the club had a meeting with my dad and they said they would try to get me over as soon as possible because they would like to sign a contract with me."
