Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has planned talks with Harry Arter.

The midfielder spent last season on loan at Cardiff City.

The Mirror claims Arter is being chased by the Bluebirds and Fulham.

But first Howe wants to sit down with Arter to discuss his future.

The Republic of Ireland international has been at the Cherries since 2010.
