Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale admits a loan spell at Chesterfield gave him a humbling shot of reality.
The England U21 keeper suffered relegation with Chesterfield - and the collatarell damage is something that will stay with him for a long time.
He told the Daily Mail: "I remember coming into training at Chesterfield and one of the women from the office was taking her stuff, about 9am in the morning and that was horrible to watch.
"She's just been sacked because we've not performed on the pitch.
"That was a real eye opener, a horrible moment you don't want to be involved in ever again."
