Bournemouth defender Chris Mepham believes that his Welsh teammate Harry Wilson will thrive at the club.
Wilson signed from Liverpool on a season long loan deal near the end of the Premier League transfer window.
The 22-year-old has yet to feature for the Cherries, but fans are excited about what he can offer the team in the coming months.
Speaking about Wilson's quality, Mepham told the Daily Echo: "He's a really good player.
"When he spoke to me saying he was thinking of coming down here, I couldn't speak highly enough about the club and I think it will suit him really well.
"He's a good ball player, likes to get on the ball, has got a sweet left foot and I think he'll add real quality to our attacking options.
"He's a great lad. In the first Wales camp that I went to, I got on really well with him, got a good connection with him away from football as well.
"So when I heard he was coming I was obviously delighted for him and it's nice to have someone of a similar sort of age around here."
