Bournemouth defender Brad Smith has extended his stay with Seattle Sounders.

He will stay at the club until the end of the MLS season.

Smith originally joined the Sounders last August and has played in 25 MLS matches, all but one of them as a starter, and helped them keep a clean sheet in a 1-0 away win against Houston on Sunday.

The side currently sit second in the Western Conference standings, behind just LAFC in the battle for the post-season, with the regular season due to end in October.
