Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe sees Manchester City as title favourites.
Last season, he could only watch as City ran riot 5-1 and 4-0 in both league games last season under Manuel Pellegrini's stewardship.
And with Pep Guardiola now in charge Howe believes City are now an even stronger outfit.
"It's a great challenge for us, I see Manchester City as potential champions," the Cherries manager told their official website.
"They have a manager who, in my opinion, is right at the very top - they've obviously started incredibly well.
"The impact that the new manager has had early on is the biggest compliment I can give him, he's stamped his authority on the team.
"I don't usually say this about opponents but I enjoy watching them."
