Bournemouth boss Howe harbours hope for Wilson return

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is hoping that he will be able to rely on Callum Wilson for their upcoming Premier League clash against Wolves.

The striker is suffering from a hamstring problem, but Howe is confident that he will be fit for the game this weekend.

But the club will be without Dan Gosling, after the central midfielder went through knee surgery.

"Dan Gosling has had an operation on a knee problem, we don't think it's a serious problem and shouldn't keep him out for too long. He'll probably be out until the new year," said Howe in his press conference.

"Callum has recovered well from his slight hamstring strain so he will hopefully be OK."

Bournemouth are 8th in the Premier League, while their opponents are in 10th.
