Bournemouth boss Howe: Fulham, Huddersfield show Prem toughness

Fulham and Huddersfield are examples of the difficulty of the Premier League.

That is according to the Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe, who was speaking about the newly promoted sides being immediately relegated.

Fulham spent close to £100million on players but still could not survive.

But, as Howe told the Daily Echo: "Spending money is no guarantee of success.

"You could spend whatever amount you wanted, it doesn't guarantee you anything.

"You still need a good group of professionals, hard work and a little bit of lady luck in there as well to get results.

"We've seen with the two relegations how hard this league is."
