Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has his players preparing to face Newcastle United for the start of April.

Howe insists he will continue to prepare his side as if the game is going ahead.

“My plans are pretty normal bar the taking of the training sessions (until Monday)," Howe told AFCBTV with his side currently self-isolating after goalkeeper Artur Boruc tested positive for Covid-19.

“So it's to prepare for our next game, which is Newcastle.

“To try and get plans in place for events that may follow ahead of us.

“So just to try and make sure we are not caught short depending on what scenario unfolds."
