Bournemouth boss Howe eyeing Man City striker Lukas Nmecha

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is eyeing Manchester City striker Lukas Nmecha.

The Sun says Howe has been keeping tabs on the England Under-21s forward during his season-long loan at Preston.

He has emerged as a potential target for Howe, with the 19-year-old seen as the type of player who would thrive in his system.

Nmecha is yet to score for Preston but has improved in the Championship during his first loan away from City.

He is among the impressive teenagers who have been developed at the Etihad Campus but now have clubs interested in offering regular football.

Phil Foden is also on the radar of Borussia Dortmund and Brahim Diaz is wanted by Real Madrid.
