Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe says either Huddersfield or Reading will be a great addition to the Premier League ahead of tonight's playoff.

Cherries were written off by most commentators after they had secured their place among the English game's elite clubs in 2015 but have continued to upset the odds in some style.

Howe told the Daily Echo: “It is very dangerous to write off anybody. I don't think you can underestimate any club that gets there because they all deserve to be there on merit. Whoever comes up, we will fully respect.

“I don't have a preference and I respect both clubs. I watched the semi-finals and you could see how much they meant to everybody connected with both the clubs.

“I felt really sorry for the two teams that lost out in those games because they were both really tight.

“Both teams play good football and that is the thing I would note from both sides.

“Reading play really good stuff and so do Huddersfield. I think either will be a great addition to the Premier League."
