Bournemouth and Huddersfield Town have agreed a fee worth up to £15million for Philip Billing.
The Daily Echo says a price has now been agreed.
Denmark under-21 international Billing joined Huddersfield initially on a youth contract in 2013 and has made 91 appearances for the first team, including 43 in the Premier League.
But Billing's relationship with Terriers has turned sour in recent months.
He had not featured for Huddersfield since mid-March.
