Bournemouth midfielder Matt Ritchie believes that striker Callum Wilson is constantly improving as a player.
The 23-year-old scored the opening goal of the 2-0 win over Sunderland, and he is now joint top scorer of the Premier League with five goals.
Ritchie, who scored the second goal of the game in stunning fashion, said of Wilson: "He's a good lad. Like any footballer, he's good with the banter but likes to have a bit of banter too. He likes to mention his goals to us though.
"He's got massive potential; he's only got better since he arrived.
"He has a great career ahead of him. He's doing fantastic at the moment; he needs to keep his feet on the floor and carry on."
