Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho's transfer preference is a move to Chelsea.

The Telegraph says Chelsea have now emerged as potential frontrunners in the race for the talented youngster.

This is because Sancho, who grew up in Camberwell in London, is attracted by the opportunity to return to the capital.

Sancho grew up in south London and then came through Watford's academy before his securing a move to City in 2015.

The youngster's departure from the German club is expected soon rather than later after reports emerged that Sancho is unsettled following issues with boss Lucien Favre.

It is understood the German club are seeking around £100million for the winger.
