Bordeaux next? Zidane open to working in France

Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is open to returning to France to continue his management career.

While Zidane continues to be linked with Jose Mourinho's job at Manchester United, El Confidencial says working in Ligue 1 is appealing to the Frenchman.

Zidane has been linked with PSG this week, where it's been suggested he will be handed the job should Thomas Tuchel fail to take the team to the Champions League semifinals this season.

However, Zidane's availability also opens the door to a move to former club Bordeaux, which is due to come under new ownership.

On Sunday in Spain, Zidane declared he would "be coaching soon again".
