Bordeaux are moving for Newcastle United striker Emmanuel Riviere.
The Daily Star Sunday says Bordeaux are preparing a £3million summer bid for Riviere.
Newcastle paid Monaco £6m for Riviere in July 2014 but the former France Under-21s star, 26 has made just 20 starts in all competitions for the Geordies and scored only three goals.
Bordeaux's Ligue 1 rivals Lille and German side Frankfurt were keen to take him on loan in January but Toon wanted a permanent deal.
